Placing an order with gardensandmore.co.uk
There are two ways that you can order a prpoduct from the gardens
and more web site: either by calling our order line on 0845 370 7650 Mon to Sat 8.30am to 7.30pm, or through buying online.
To buy online, click on a product name or image, and, if it’s
an item you want to buy, click "add to my cart" and
indicate the quantities for the products you chose. At any time
you will be able to review your purchases before committing to
pay, remove unwanted items and add new items, change the quantity
of each item and select your preferred delivery option. At this
point, you can continue shopping, check out or cancel your order.
To view your order anytime while shopping, click on the shopping
cart icon at the top of the page.

gardens and more use Protx to provide secure e-commerce for its
customers, and to manage its own payment systems. Your card
details are kept fully secure. You need have no fear about
the security of your card details; Protx is one of the world's
leading online credit card authorizer, and has been a payment
gateway for many years.
Currency of transaction
All our prices are shown as the price in sterling / UK
pounds.
How the order confirmation process works
When ordering online, once you are happy with your order you
are transferred to the secure Protx payment area and you receive
an order confirmation from Protx. The email will confirm that
we have received your order. It will include your order number
for future reference. For items where delivery is more than
48hrs, as soon as your order is ready for delivery we’ll
send you a second email to let you know that your order is
on its way. To be certain that you receive this information,
please make sure you enter a valid email address when you place
your order. Please email sales@gardensandmore.co.uk or call
0845 370 7650 if you do not receive confirmation or if your
information is incorrect.
Print out and save your order and delivery confirmation emails.
They will be your receipt and reference for future communication
on this order. We will also send email confirmation when a return
refund has been processed.
If an item is out of stock, when
will it be available?
All of our products are shipped directly
from
the manufacturers. Occasionally a product might be out of
stock, and in this situation we will normally highlight this
on the
individual pages.If a manufacturer is out of stock on an
item you've ordered, we will contact you by phone or email. At
that
time, you can accept or decline the wait on that particular
item. Should you choose to decline, only the items available
will be
shipped and charged. Should you choose to accept the waiting
period, the item will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock.

In most cases yes, however you will need to talk to us about the cost of shipping.

How much will delivery cost?
gardensandmore.co.uk includes the cost of delivery within the stated price
of a product, so that our customers are immediately aware of the exact price
they will be charged for an item. In many cases the cost of shipping the
product is free of charge.
What is your returns policy for damaged goods?
We will of course replace any items delivered in a damaged condition.
Should you wish to return a damaged product please telephone
us on 0845 370 7650 and we will advise you on the returns procedure
for that product.
What is your returns policy for unwanted goods?
We sell products from several major manufacturers all of whom
have slightly different returns policies. We request that you
notify us of a proposed return within 48 hours of receipt in
order to qualify for a full refund. It will be your responsibility
to organise and pay for the return of unwanted goods, and we
also reserve the right to deduct the initial delivery cost
from your refund (which will depend upon the circumstances
under which you are returning the product).
Goods must be returned
in re-saleable condition and in their undamaged original
packaging, otherwise there will be a re-stocking charge. We will
refund
your payment only upon receipt of the returned product. Should
you wish to return a product please telephone us on 0845
370 7650 and we will advise you on the returns procedure for that
product.
What if I notice unauthorized use of my credit card?
In the
event of unauthorized use of your credit card, please notify
your credit card provider immediately in accordance with its
reporting rules and procedures.
Can I send my information by

All prices
shown on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling, inclusive
of delivery charges* and Value Added Tax at 17.5%. We reserve
the right to amend prices from time to time if this rate of
VAT is amended. In addition, our suppliers may alter their prices
